Payment and automatic renewal

Your first payment is due when you complete checkout. By separately accepting the automatic-renewal terms, you authorize your selected amount—$400 each month or $3,500 each year—to be charged to your payment method until you cancel.

Renewals follow your purchase-date anniversary in the lounge’s Pacific time zone. If that day does not occur in a month, the billing date falls on the last day of that month. Your account shows verified payment and membership status.

Cancel online at any time

Sign in to your membership account and select Cancel future renewals. No phone call is required. Once confirmed, no further renewals are scheduled. Your access continues through the period already paid for. Cancel before the next charge to prevent that renewal.

Refund requests

Canceling future renewals does not automatically refund a completed payment. Call Madani’s at (323) 688-2288 to request a refund. The lounge reviews requests individually, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Your membership access

Membership is associated with your named account. You must be 21 or older and show valid photo identification at the lounge. Access becomes available after payment is verified. Creating an account is not a purchase and does not activate access.

Late-night member access is after 2 AM until closing at 4 AM. Reservations are arranged by phone. These billing terms do not add any unlisted product benefits or promise that a booth will be available.

Payment handling and notices

Square processes your payment and stores payment-method details. Required billing acknowledgments and renewal notices identify the plan, price, billing frequency and online cancellation method. A failed renewal does not extend the paid membership period.
